		<description>So, according to a friend of mine who understands constitutional law much more than I do, even if Prop Hate passes, those marriages &lt;b&gt;cannot&lt;/b&gt; be dissolved.  They are grandfathered in, and they will remain married, legally, unless they choose to divorce.</description>
